Return & Refund Policy

At IRA by House of Evolve, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on www.irabyhouseofevolve.com.

1. RETURN POLICY

For Demine, Gold, and Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) products, return requests can be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers will be refunded in IRA Store Wallet credit.

Items sold at a discounted or strike-through price (without coupon codes) are eligible for return.

For Gold product returns, all freebies received with the order must be returned along with the product.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

An unboxing video is required to process claims for missing items. Please record the package opening from the sealed state.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Visit the Return/Exchange section on the IRA by House of Evolve website.

Enter your Order ID and registered contact number.

Select the product you want to return, provide the reason, upload images, enter pickup details, and confirm the request.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and product verification.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded to the UPI ID or bank account shared by the customer.

5. LAB-GROWN DIAMOND (LGD) PRODUCTS

LGD products can only be exchanged with other LGD items.

If exchanged for Demine products, the selected product value must be equal to or higher than the LGD item value.

Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

Clearance or goodbye sale products (as mentioned on the product page).

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery for damaged items, wrong items received, or size issues.

If the same product is unavailable, our team will assist with the closest available variant or process a refund.
